Reports can be sorted and subtotaled by account and currency. Amounts are shown in U.S. dollars as well as the native foreign currencies. Reports can be printed or viewed on screen.

Security price data, foreign exchange rates and security trades can be imported from various sources, or entered on convenient screens. Trades can be distributed to any number of accounts. Non-trade transactions can also be entered.

Two HITAP systems are currently in use, one for futures and another for equities and bonds. Each program produces reports which easily reconcile to statements from international futures brokers such as REFCO and equity brokers such as Lehman and Merrill Lynch. The futures system uses FIFO accounting while average cost is applied for equities and bonds.

HITAP can be customized to suit your requirements for reports, data entry and accounting methods. It can produce reports detailing Realized and Unrealized P&L, Account Balances By Currency, Trade Blotters and other items for various periods including daily, monthly and year to date. Reports can be sorted and subtotaled by account, currency, security, etc. It can help reconcile your records to statements from major international brokers like Merrill, Lehman and REFCO.
